David Biffen, Founder and President of Biffen Wealth Management, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He holds a Master's Degree in Financial Planning, and he has spent his entire career in Financial Services.

David has earned many academic and professional certifications and credentials including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ certification, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS). David is also a FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative, FINRA Series 24 General Securities Principal, FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law, a Registered Principal, and an Investment Adviser Representative with and through Commonwealth Financial Network, Member FINRA/SIPC, a Registered Investment Adviser.  David is a member of Kingdom Advisors, which is NOT affilitated with Commonwealth Financial Network.

David has been an adjunct faculty member, authored books, and lectured throughout the area. He is a very active member of the West Chester Rotary, serving as Program Chairman for the past two years, as well as taking a role in multiple community events. As an avid Civil War buff, David enjoys his membership with the Delaware Valley Civil War Round Table. Patty, David's wife, is a newly retired educator and assists in the office. They are active members of their church and love spending time with their family and at their lake cottage in the Endless Mountains.

Matt grew up in the family business and is presently serving as a registered office assistant through Commonwealth Financial Network®, Member FINRA/SIPC. He has his FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative and FINRA Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law registrations. He has his insurance license for accidental health, life and fixed annuities, and variable life/variable annuity. He will be assisting the company with long-term care insurance and web-based business applications.

Matt is a nationally registered paramedic, having graduated from the Thomas Jefferson University paramedic program. He is able to put his paramedic training to use as a volunteer firefighter/EMT for the Lima Fire Company in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

The animal rescue community is also fortunate to have Matt as an active, passionate member and advocate for animal rights.
